Hi. I'm Michelle. And this 👆🏼was me.

I spent YEARS pretending, feeling empty, unhappy and unfulfilled, trying to make myself fit into the career I'd imagined until I finally got tired enough of my own bullshit that I KNEW it had to change.

The first step was admitting that the life I'd always dreamed about was not making me happy. My career in entertainment wasn't what I wanted anymore.

I took it one step at a time to determine what I did want and that started me on the path that I’m on today.

As of today, I've helped over 100 women get promotions, make more money, find relationships, quit the job they didn't like and get the job they really wanted, start businesses, find more time to do what's most important to them, change the culture in organizations, and, most importantly - have a life that FEELS good.
